Our venues offer a wide range of sizes and types of meeting spaces for special events. Meeting spaces may be arranged in a variety of setups.

Event Coordinators
Our event coordinators can help you schedule events and plan meetings. Helping you each step of the way, our team will work with your budget, coordinate parking, set up your room, help with AV/media, and provide catering services.

Breakout Rooms
Some of our venues feature breakout rooms that are attached or close to meeting rooms. Breakout rooms are useful for multi-part events or events that require preparatory space. An additional cost is applied for the use of any breakout rooms. Please inform your event coordinator if breakout rooms are needed.

Catering
UC Riverside Dining Services offers a variety of catering options, from a boxed lunch to a multi-course plated meal. Learn more about catering services.

Audio / Visual
Many of our meeting spaces are equipped with basic audio-visual capabilities, included at no fee. Fees may be applied, if additional equipment is requested.

Tables / Chairs
A majority of our meeting spaces come furnished with tables and chairs. Fees may be applied, if additional furniture is requested.

Additional UCR Venues
UCR Hospitality Services is only able to complete reservation requests for facilities operated by Housing Services. Hub, general assignment and outside locations are booked through Highlander Event Scheduling, and academic classrooms and facilities are booked through the Facilities Reservation System.
