To make your student organization event at UCR a success, there are plenty of indoor and outdoor meeting rooms, catering options, audio/visual services that you can access with the assistance of our event coordinators.

Cater Your Event
Supply your event with snacks, sandwich platters, pizzas and a whole lot of goodness using CRATE, Subway Caters or Citrus Grove Catering. Located on campus, orders may be picked up or delivered. Organizational checks are accepted, but please note that checks require a minimum of five days for verification before services may be rendered. Learn more about catering your event.

Audio/Visual
Many of our meeting spaces are equipped with basic audio-visual capabilities, included at no fee. Fees may be applied, if additional equipment is requested.
Advertise/Post Flyers
Events are typically advertised using R’Talk screens. For more information, contact the Pentland Hills Resident Services Office (RSO).

If you are advertising for a non-residential event, please contact the Campus Activities Office. All flyers must be approved before being posted on campus.
Additional UC Riverside Venues
UCR Hospitality Services is not able to complete reservation requests for venues that are not operated by Housing, Dining & Residential Services.
HUB, General Assignment and Outside Locations
The Highlander Union Building, general assignment spaces and outside locations may be made through Highlander Event Scheduling, and academic classrooms and facilities are booked through the Facilities Reservation System.
