Reserve a Meeting Space at UC Riverside
Find a range of meeting rooms, including conference centers, event spaces and breakout rooms, within UCR Housing, Dining & Residential Services' venues. Meeting spaces are affordably priced and available for UCR students, faculty and staff, as well as external clients. Overnight group accommodations are available for summer conference guests from June through August.

UCR Hospitality Services is not able to complete reservation requests for venues that are not operated by Housing, Dining & Residential Services.
HUB, General Assignment and Outside Locations
The Highlander Union Building, general assignment spaces and outside locations may be made through Highlander Event Scheduling, and academic classrooms and facilities are booked through the Facilities Reservation System.
